Refunds are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for device sales, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted.
To request an eligible refund (subject to clauses 2 and 3 above), please contact our support team at support@sleepalfa.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
